Stand8 Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The Stand8 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Stand8 (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Stand8, 3020 Old Ranch Pkwy #300 Seal Beach, California 90740.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 26, 2026 and ends on August 26, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 5:00PM (GMT-6).
5. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by completing a form at sim.stand8.io, or in-person. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be void.
6. Prizes
One prize will be awarded:
One (1) Golf Club Cover
One (1) $100 Golf Galaxy Gift Card
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted within 5 business days after the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified in person or by email using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
10. Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Stand8, Society for Information Management, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional payment or consideration.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.stand8.io/privacy-policy.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
14. Winner List
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Stand8 Sweepstakes Winner List, 3020 Old Ranch Pkwy #300 Seal Beach, California 90740, within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes.
